- All proceeds benefit Osiris Shrine operating funds.
- Must be 18 years of age to purchase tickets.
- No person under 18 permitted at the event.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute the decision of the Osiris Shrine Divan becomes final and binding.
- Drawing subject to sale of minimum 2000 tickets.
- Neither Osiris Shrine, Any Persons, Organizations, Business or other Sponsoring Organization in this "BASH IN THE HILLS" event assumes any responsibility for any damages or injury that may result.
- If the drawing is not held all money will be returned to ticket holders.
- Other raffles and drawings will be available at additional costs.
- Winner does not need to be present to win.
- There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
- You can win more than once.
- All winners will be notified by certified mail, and the winning numbers will be published on the Osiris Shrine website located at www.osirisshrinecenter.org
- Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, title application, or other costs associated with delivery and registration of prizes.
- Proper state issued photo identification is required to claim all prizes. Winners without proper identification will have 30 days to provide identification and claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes become the property of Osiris Shrine Center.
- Any winning vehicle must be selected from dealer inventory.
- All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may become the property of Osiris Shrine Center.
- The proceeds from this event will be used for the Operational Expenses of Osiris Shrine. This event is not a fundraiser for the Shriners Hospitals and is not tax deductable.
- Prizes are subject to all local, state and federal laws. It is winners responsibility to insure compliance with these laws.
- Contact information must be clearly printed on the stub. We will not sell your personal information. Please print carefully!
- Some prizes require the payment of Federal Withholding taxes before receiving the prize. This is the responsibility of the winner. Failure to provide a valid Social Security Number will result in Federal Backup Withholding.
- All firearm winners subject to background check and must pick up their gun at the designated dealer location.
- Ticket holders may bring one guest for an additional cost of $20.00 room permitting. Ticket holders have first right to attend.
- No glass containers permitted.
- Unsold tickets become the property of Osiris Shrine Center.
- An independent group will conduct the drawing of all winning numbers.
- Only ticket holders, event security staff, Bash in the Hills Officials and Bash in the Hills guests will be admitted for the drawing.
- No ATVs permitted.
- To be eligible for the early bird drawings, the ticket stub and payment must be received on or before June 30th, 2010.
- Absolutely no pets will be permitted.
- All tickets are sealed and will be randomly drawn at the time of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to return the bottom portion of the ticket completed with their contact information.
- The following individuals are not eligible for this drawing: the Elected Divan officers, the Appointed Divan officers, the Elected Trustees and any employee of Osiris Shrine.
- Good food and beverages provided for all ticket holders and paid guests.
